For a Time Like This: Easter Liturgy

On Sunday April 12, five of us met at the church to live-stream an Easter liturgy of music, word, and prayer. It was so very different from what we would normally do for our Easter celebration, with all of us acutely aware of how much we missed being able to gather our community around the table to share communion. For a time like this it was what we could do, and we were happy to at least be able to share this with our wider community in this way. Jamie Howison presided at the liturgy, Rachel Twigg preached , and the music was offered by Lois Gillespie, Charles Garinger, and Larry Campbell.

The liturgy was live-streamed on our Facebook Page, but even now as you watch you can still download the PDF of the service so that you can join in.

As long as it is still possible, we will be offering these liturgies on Sunday evenings . There is also a simple liturgy of Evening Prayer offered daily at 5pm, with more details available by clicking here.
